How to use proxies with Incogniton

Incogniton configures a proxy on each browser profile and includes a built-in checker that reports the detected IP and country before the profile is launched.

Setup

    Create a profile

    Add a new browser profile and choose the platform its fingerprint should present.

    Enter proxy details

    In the proxy tab select HTTP or SOCKS5 and enter host, port, username and password. Replace PROXY_HOST, PROXY_PORT, USERNAME and PASSWORD with the endpoint and credentials shown in your seamless dashboard.

    Check the connection

    Run the built-in proxy check to confirm the address responds and reports the country you expect.

    Match the timezone

    Set the profile timezone and language to the proxy's region so the two signals agree.

Yes. Username and password authentication is supported per profile for both HTTP and SOCKS5 proxies.

What is the best proxy type for Incogniton?

Dedicated ISP proxies for accounts you intend to keep, and rotating residential proxies for short tasks where no persistent login is involved.

Can I import proxies in bulk?

Yes. Incogniton accepts pasted proxy lists, which matches the export format of the seamless dashboard.
