Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. It is therefore no longer available, and we no longer link to it.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general legislation. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of a corresponding infringement, we will remove the content concerned immediately.
